What can the osteopath do to prevent me from injuries?
We find it is always useful to have a preventive treatment. Often the osteopath can detect movement losses that don’t give any symptoms at the moment but can cause unpleasant problems in the long term. With 1 or 2 treatments, these loss of movement can be treated so that complaints can be prevented in the future.
What can the osteopath tell me more?
